This fully renovated studio offers privacy for up to four guests: sleeping and living areas in one space (no separate bedroom), a private kitchen, and a stylish bathroom. It’s not a hotel room, but a carefully maintained home. The kitchen features an induction cooktop, microwave with grill, toaster, capsule coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, dishwasher, and a welcome kit with oil, salt, pepper, toothpicks, and kitchen paper. On arrival, you’ll find water and some breakfast items. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, a hairdryer, a first aid kit, a sewing kit, and laundry capsules. Each guest receives face, shower, and pool towels. Bath mats are also provided. Fast Wi-Fi, TV, a modern washing machine, and step-free access with elevators complete the amenities. Unreserved indoor parking is shared with residents and other guests. A small extra fee per additional guest covers linens, towels, and utilities, ensuring the same quality welcome for everyone.
